Return & Refund Policy

SmileBulk is a wholesale and OEM teeth-whitening supplier. Because many orders are bulk or custom-manufactured, the terms below apply.

Standard (In-Stock) Orders

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for in-stock, non-customized products. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Custom / OEM / Private-Label Orders

Custom-manufactured, private-label, or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or do not match the agreed specification. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a bulk custom order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

Email service@llrncare.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns should be shipped to the address provided by our team in your return authorization.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
