Shipping Methods
- Economy Express — Cost-effective for lighter orders (up to ~21 kg). Typical delivery 7–15 business days.
- Express Courier (DHL / UPS) — Fast, tracked delivery for time-sensitive orders. Typical delivery 3–7 business days.
- Sea Freight — Most economical for large bulk orders. Delivery time varies by destination.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom OEM / private-label orders require additional production time — typically 7–15 business days depending on specifications.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also request a shipped-order report for bulk shipments.
